Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson hopes a stunning victory over Rangers will give the squad more confidence ahead of Sunday’s clash with Manchester City.

The Reds regained their confidence after losing to Arsenal last week with a 7-1 thrashing of goals against the Scottish club, a sign of confidence ahead of their clash with City. At Anfield on Sunday, Robertson hopes the ufabet team will continue to maintain this form of play.

“Obviously it’s a great performance. Everyone was fantastic after a bad start, conceding to Rangers first, of course the supporters cheered and luckily we managed them quickly with an equalizer,” said Robertson.

“I think the game was in our possession after that. In the second half we did very well and controlled the game.”

“It will be a very big game. (On Sunday) we need to keep our game consistent. back to our playing form That’s what’s missing this season.”

“It always has to start somewhere. Of course, the results came out very well. The form of play was excellent. we have to keep doing it We have to play with concentration. If we can do that then we can get better results.”

“Of course, the game against City is always difficult. They are flying high this season, playing well, difficult to fight against. But we can always fight we must be like that If anything lower than that It’s going to be a tough afternoon. We know we can cause problems for any team. That’s what we have to aim for.”
